The CHAMP reporting engine runs nightly to provide you with data for all of the traffic to your events, which includes your agenda, minutes, packets and video. Because the reports engine runs nightly, this means that any viewers accessing your events today won’t show up in your reports until the next day.
How to run a report
- Select “Reports” from the top menu
- Select the “Start Date” and the “End Date”
- Select the “Report Source” (Live or OnDemand)
- Select “Run Report” to view the results
