Voting Overview

If you have the Voting Add-On in your suite-of-services, then you have a powerful tool for managing your meeting and collecting votes from your board members. Below is a quick synopsis of how the you’ll use it:

  1. Create your Agenda and publish your meeting
  2. On the day of your meeting, access the Meeting Controls
  3. Setup Your Meeting
  4. During the meeting, you use the Meeting Controls to select the active agenda items and collect votes from board members.
  5. Board members will use the Board Member App to submit their votes
